Why we build the way we do
Lagos is getting busier, louder and more demanding, and the thing people increasingly want from a home is somewhere the day can finally stop. That is the brief we work to.
We started in 2012 with a straightforward view: luxury should not be loud, urban living should not mean compromise, and quality should never be a gamble. Fourteen years later that has not changed, though the buildings have got better.
We work in a small number of locations and take each development from acquisition through to handover ourselves. Most of the budget goes into the parts you live with for twenty years — the structure, the drainage, the joinery, the way a plan copes with a Saturday morning — rather than the parts that photograph well on handover day.
