Silvercrest Court is a collection of fourteen residences on Lugard Avenue, one of the oldest and most established streets in Ikoyi. The building is deliberately domestic in scale — you arrive at it rather than report to it.
Lugard Avenue has never been in a hurry. It is wide, heavily planted, and the houses along it sit well back from the road. Silvercrest Court was designed to belong to that street rather than announce itself on it.
