About Cityworks
A Lagos developer known for delivery
We have been designing and building premium homes in Lagos since 2012, in a small number of carefully chosen locations.
Cityworks takes each development from site acquisition through to handover in-house. That control is the point: it is how we hold the standard of the finish, keep to the programme, and remain answerable for the result long after the sale has closed.
- End-to-end development, from acquisition to handover
- One point of contact from first viewing to keys
- Specifications chosen for longevity, not for the brochure
- Facility management arranged before completion

Why Cityworks
What you are buying, beyond the address
Six things we hold ourselves to on every development. They are the reasons our buyers come back, and the reasons they send other people.
Built to a standard you can inspect
We do not hide the specification behind a show unit. Ask to see the joinery, the plant room, the service areas — that is where the money goes and where the difference shows.
Planned around how people live
Principal rooms take the best light. Service areas stay out of the sightlines. Storage sits where you would actually use it. Good planning is invisible until you live without it.
Delivered to a programme
We commit to a handover date and build to it. If a date moves, you hear it from us first, with the reason — not from a site visit.
Built as though we are moving in
Quality checks are personal, not delegated to a checklist. In this market our name is the asset, and it is attached to every building we hand over.
One point of contact throughout
The same person handles your first viewing, your paperwork and your keys. No transfers between departments and no chasing for an update.
Value that holds its ground
Prime locations, clear documentation and finishes chosen to age well. A Cityworks home should still be worth owning in twenty years.
Track record
Judge us by a building that is already standing
Silvercrest Estate in Onike, Yaba is complete, fully sold and occupied. We keep it on the site because a building that has stood through several rainy seasons tells you more than any rendering can.
The finishes have been tested. The residents have opinions. If you are weighing up one of our current developments, ask us and we will arrange a conversation with an owner.
Client experience
What our owners say
“What stood out for us was how well thought through the apartment felt. The finishing was excellent, but beyond that, the space just works for everyday living. It feels calm, private and comfortable — exactly what we wanted for our family.”
Ade & Tola M.
Homeowners, Lagos
“I have bought property in Lagos before, so I’m usually very particular about delivery and communication. Cityworks kept the process straightforward and delivered a property I’m genuinely proud to own. The quality of the building gives me confidence that it will hold its value well.”
Chinedu O.
Property Investor
“Buying a home in Nigeria while living abroad can be stressful because you’re trusting people to get the details right when you’re not there. With Cityworks, I felt informed throughout the process. What I eventually received looked and felt like what I had been promised. That gave me a lot of peace of mind.”

Frequently asked
Buying with Cityworks
How do I arrange a viewing?
Use the booking form on this site, call us, or send a WhatsApp message. We reply within one working day, confirm a time that suits you, and meet you on site with someone who knows the building rather than a general agent.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Payment structures vary by development and by unit, and are agreed directly with our sales team. Ask us for the current schedule on the residence you are considering.
What documentation will I receive?
Full title and transaction documentation is provided and reviewed with you before any commitment. We encourage you to have your own solicitor review everything — buyers who do are the buyers we most like to have.
Can I see a completed Cityworks building?
Yes, and we recommend it. Silvercrest Estate in Onike has been occupied for several years. It is the most honest thing we can show you, and we are happy to arrange a conversation with an owner.
Do the residences come with standby power and water?
Every current development is specified with standby power and a treated water supply. Exact provision differs by development and is confirmed in the specification pack.
Do you handle management after handover?
Facility management is part of what Cityworks does, and arrangements are set out for each development before completion. Ask us how it is structured on the one you are considering.
